1. Who we are
This website is operated by Gisbely Yulesky Moyeja Perdomo, trading as Looky (“Looky”, “we”, “us”), with Andorran tax registration number (NRT) F-421424-A and registered address at Carrer de l’Estadi 18, 1-1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We process personal data under Andorra’s Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data (LQPD) and, for visitors in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Contact for any privacy question or request: gis@lookyagency.com.
2. What this website does
This website presents our social media services. To hire us or message us, you are taken to our profile on Fiverr. Any order, message or payment you make there is handled by Fiverr under its own Privacy Policy.
On our mentorship page you can also apply for 1:1 mentorship through a form, and buy our Fiverr Playbook, a PDF guide, with a payment handled by Stripe.
On the same page you can ask for our free Gig Audit, a PDF checklist, by leaving your first name and email.
3. What data we process and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) | Delivering the website securely and keeping it working | Our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR and its LQPD equivalent) |
| Cookie and browsing data collected by the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag (pages visited, clicks to Fiverr, ad click identifiers, device and browser identifiers, IP address) | Measuring visits to this website and the results of our ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and showing relevant ads | Your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and its LQPD equivalent). We only load these tags if you click “Accept”. |
| What you enter in the mentorship application (name, email, optional WhatsApp number and your answers) | Reviewing your application and contacting you about the mentorship | Your consent and your request to take steps before a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR and their LQPD equivalent) |
| What you enter to get the free Gig Audit (first name, email, optional gig link and your two answers) | Sending you the audit and occasional tips by email, and understanding what freelancers need | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and its LQPD equivalent). You can unsubscribe at any time. |
| What you give Stripe when you buy the Playbook (name, email, payment details) | Processing your payment and sending you the Playbook | Performing our contract with you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR and its LQPD equivalent) |
| Your cookie choice, stored in your browser | Remembering whether you accepted or rejected cookies | Our legal obligation to respect your choice (Art. 6.1.c GDPR and its LQPD equivalent) |
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Who receives your data
- SiteGround, our hosting provider, which stores the website and processes technical data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. See SiteGround’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., only if you accept cookies. For the collection and transmission of Pixel data, Meta and Looky are joint controllers; Meta then processes the data as an independent controller under its Privacy Policy.
- Google Ireland Ltd., only if you accept cookies, to measure visits with Google Analytics and our Google Ads campaigns. Google processes the data under its Privacy Policy and the Google Ads data processing terms.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which processes Playbook payments. We never see your full card details. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Fiverr International Ltd., when you choose to leave this website and visit Fiverr.
5. International transfers
Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Meta and Google may transfer data to their parent companies in the United States (Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC); these transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
- Technical server logs: kept by SiteGround for its standard log-retention period and then deleted automatically, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Advertising cookies (Meta and Google): for the durations listed in our Cookie Policy (up to 13 months).
- Mentorship applications: up to 12 months after we receive them, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Gig Audit sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, or up to 24 months without contact, then deleted.
- Playbook purchases: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise your rights, write to gis@lookyagency.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (www.apda.ad) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
